First Porsche Phone Sighted...

Porsche Design’s world renowned for its stunning creations, and now they’ve crafted a mobile phone!

Milled from a solid aluminium block the precision mobile packs a double hinge so the screen can be rotated through 180 degrees, as well as a fingerprint scanner to both secure the phone and provide shortcuts to functions.

Each of your fingers can be assigned to a speed dial number or phone function. Swipe a pinkie across the scanner and the phone will be locked or a phone number dialled.

There’s substance behind Porsche’s style too. Dubbed the Porsche P’9521, the phone packs a 3.2-megapixel video and still camera with auto-focus lens. The screen is an OLED one, boasting vibrant colours and low power use.

There are also three speakers for clear, loud ringtones and music playback. The phone uses EDGE for fast data downloads and, unusually, the UK’s one of the few countries getting its hands on the mobile – it won’t be released in the US, Japan or Korea!

We hear it'll be on sale in very exclusive stores by August. The price? A cool £800.
