Good News and Bad News...

Doctor : I have some good news and some bad news for you, Mr. Smith.

Mr. Smith : Oh, I see. (Hesitating) Tell me the good news first.

Doctor : You have 24 hours to live.

Mr. Smith: 24 hours to live! That's your idea of good news?! What can the bad news possibly be that's worse??!!

Doctor : Apologies, I forgot to call you yesterday.
